Hailing from the vibrant city of Lafayette, Louisiana, Tyler Redd is locally born and raised with a passion for empowering others through comprehensive insurance solutions. He is a proud graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where he earned degrees in Business Management and Business Marketing.

Tyler's foray into the world of insurance began in 2012 with an opportunity at Washington National Insurance Company, where he received his baptism by fire into the intricacies of insurance and benefits. Only months after starting with Washington National, Tyler took a Career Agent position at Mass Mutual. Here he laid the groundwork for his illustrious career ahead. In 2014, Tyler's entrepreneurial spirit led him to forge a partnership with Family Insurance Center, a local firm in business since 1983. With boundless dedication and unwavering commitment, Tyler propelled Family Insurance Center to new heights, earning the trust and admiration of his clients.
Tyler's journey took an exciting turn in 2023 when he seized the opportunity to acquire Family Insurance Center. Shortly after the acquisition he rebranded the firm as Cypress Insurance & Benefits Advisors. With a keen eye for innovation and a heart for service, Tyler leads his team with a vision of excellence and a relentless pursuit of client satisfaction.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Tyler is a pillar of his community; actively involved in organizations such as The Rotary Club of Lafayette, Professional Insurance Agents, and National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals.

In his time away from the office, Tyler can be found cheering on his beloved Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns, LSU Tigers and New Orleans Saints. As a sports enthusiast, you also may find him in friendly competitions on the golf course, beach volleyball court or softball field.

Being the second of five children and the husband to a beautiful wife, Tyler embodies the spirit of family and community in everything he does. With him at the helm, Cypress Insurance & Benefits Advisors stands as a beacon of trust, integrity, and unparalleled service.

Born and raised in the heart of Acadiana, amidst the picturesque town of Arnaudville, Louisiana, Mia embodies the spirit of Southern charm and hospitality. A proud graduate of the Academy of the Sacred Heart in Grand Coteau and a distinguished alumna of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Mia's journey is a testament to her dedication to education and excellence.

​However, Mia's story goes beyond academic achievements. As a licensed insurance agent, CPA, and Notary Public, Mia brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. With experience in both public and industry accounting dating back to 2015, she offers a unique perspective that can elevate your company’s financial strategies and employee benefits package to new heights.
Outside of the boardroom, Mia is a woman of many passions. From pounding the pavement during her morning run to unwinding with a glass of fine wine, she embraces life with gusto and enthusiasm. A devoted wife and mother of two, Mia cherishes every moment spent with her family, whether it's exploring new destinations or simply curling up with a good book.
Mia's commitment to serving her community extends far beyond her professional endeavors. As an active member of the Junior League of Lafayette and a dedicated parishioner of St. Pius Catholic Church, she strives to make a positive impact wherever she goes.
